What’s so special about this program?

What does 4 Way Burn mean?
Mind and Body Heart + Lungs + Upper + Lower body Strength and Flexibility Burns most calories during and afterwards (faster metabolism for a long time after the session is done)
Why only 4 pounds? Most other medicine balls weight more than that.
It represents about the weight we lift daily and many times. It’s a perfect stimulus to improve strength and flexibility. You can move better with this much weight. You will add endurance, which is just as important as strength training.
What makes this Ball different from Medicine Balls?
It’s not too large. It’s not too small. It’s not too heavy. It’s not too hard. It’s not slippery. How does it strengthen the joints?
Special moves target the muscles in and around the joints. Exercising small muscle groups don’t give us a sweaty workout and are often neglected. That’s why they become weak and then injured. I build these groups seamlessly into my program. That is another reason why the weight of the ball is not too heavy: we tap into these small muscles to protect the joints and get a good work out at the same time. This is the first time I’ve heard of everyone benefiting from this program, no matter what fitness level they are; how does that work? Functional skills are fundamentally the same as athletic skills. The only difference is that they are less intense. We are all children of this planet, the earth, and we all are function in a similar manner. Also, gender does not matter. Women and men both need to reinforce strength and its conditioning. Each individual will work his or her level and improve. Therefore, every body can achieve his or her goals with this program.
Why just not use a traditional medicine ball?
Of course you could. But, often med balls are too heavy and you will get hurt. Others are not user-friendly because they are too hard, too large, or too small; some are slippery or rough on the fingers. The Performance ball is user-friendly and versatile. You can use it for exercising or stretching and you can play with it or just use it to relax. It’s also a multipurpose training tool; for rehabilitation to core training, from general conditioning to sports conditioning, one ball does it all.
Can I not use rubber tubing, weight machines, and/or free weights to get the same benefits?
Each of the pieces you just mentioned produces benefits. But, they also have significant restrictions. Rubber bands can limit the flexibility as it gets harder as you pull. Rubber bands also are boring and can snap in your face and break (I have seen it). Many times have I seen people injure themselves with dumbbells by jerking the dumbbells around or moving too fast. They, and machines, can make you tight and stiff. Machine training will strengthen some muscle groups, but neglect others. We tend to forget other areas important to stay balanced. There is no machine on the market which can cover all body parts with one exercise. Heavy weights sap the energy out of you and you become exhausted. My moves will invigorate and energize you. Moving freely is essential to tap into all the body parts and muscle groups. Rubber tubing, free weights, and machine training can not cover all the benefits important to total fitness. My training method does. What do “Ball Handling” techniques mean? I know med ball training. What’s the difference?
Traditional med ball techniques are done with partners or throwing a ball. My concept is a self-awareness program initially done alone. Moving the weighted Performance Ball at the participant’s own pace will offer the chance to listen and feel the body in motion. A slower than “normal” speed does limit the likelihood of injuries because you can quickly adjust or make changes as you go along.
These ball handling drills are step one before throwing a heavier med ball around. Moving too rapidly with a load can often cause injuries. Does anyone famous to public use this method?
Is President Clinton famous enough to you?! How often do you have to use them to improve performance?
Start the techniques in the book by fallowing the cycling program. If you like one particular exercise, just start with it and fallow the guidelines. Be consistent. Once you get into it and enjoying it, you will want to do more. You will improve your performance within the first session. Why use it at all?
We need to stay strong and fit to stay healthy and independent. Injury prevention is the best way to accomplish this. It also keeps the mind strong. This simple program, done in the comfort of you home, will do just that. This is truly a lifestyle fitness program and you don’t need a lot of money or equipment to do it. Why is this better than simple Aerobics or Calisthenics?
It’s just not enough. Repetitive moves at a fast pace causes the muscles to become overused; the upper body and core muscles are not challenged enough with aerobics or calisthenics alone. Moving the Performance Ball with the arms and at the same time doing calisthenics will condition the upper and lower body proportionately. Plus, all core muscles and the cardio vascular system is working. How is it better than weightlifting, or stretching, or aerobic exercising? All the systems are intertwined and benefit from each other when used together. But they can also become compromised if not used. That is the reason why we need to condition the body in one piece and utilize as many skills at the same time as possible.
Can you really tone with the Performance Ball and its techniques? Because of the lighter weight, you are able to stretch the muscles as far as they can go. You don’t get bulky and stiff, but you are able to lengthen and strengthen the muscles at the same time. What can the average adult expect to achieve with this method? Everything they desire: wellness, fitness, and better performance; eliminating nagging problems; better balance; greater strength; more mobility and more endurance; you will be less tired and enjoy a better sex life. Is it Fun? Of course.Training with the Performance Ball makes exercising natural AND fun. What is the price and how does it compare to other equipment? This piece of equipment costs $30. And you can do everything with it. It is a real concept and a meaningful program that works the entire body and keeps the mind strong. A personal trainer costs more, memberships cost more, most pieces of equipment or tools cost more. And they don’t give you the many benefits this program and ball will offer. Can you follow the program when you travel? Can you bring it on the road? You either take the ball with you; it fits into duffle bag or suit case. The great part of this program is that you don’t have look for a gym and can do it in your room whenever you have time. If you don’t bring the Performance ball with you, just follow the moves, with or without a light weight in your hands, to keep your baseline fitness level up. What do you do if you have no time to do the whole program?
In just as little as 3 minutes, you get a full body work out. That is about the time it takes to complete one technique using 2 sets and 10- 15 repetitions per set. You don’t neglect one body part; plus, the mind is sharpened. Why doesn’t this exercise program need a warm-up? When you follow the program, the techniques start out easy and become more challenging as you move on. The warming up process occurs simply with each move- without the boredom. What does the 2-set principle work? All movement requires a group of muscles to come together and perform as a team. The first set allows all players involved to get to know each other. The second set reinforces the team play and muscle memory. What do you want to achieve with this book? With little equipment, we all can get fit and stay fit for life. This program will allow any person, without discrimination, to improve their individual desired level of fitness.
